Old Topaque

This limited edition, ultra-premium Old Topaque fits within the “rare” classification for fortified wines and is the embodiment of the rich, luscious, fortified wines of Northeastern Victoria.

Varley Shiraz

Named after our founding winemaker, the Varley Shiraz brings together the very best parcels of fruit grown at Baileys each year; effectively the finest Shiraz we can produce.

The Founder series celebrates the story of Baileys, as our founder, Richard Bailey, brought his family to Australia in the 1850s. Today, Baileys of Glenrowan is recognised as a world-class producer of distinctive fortified wines.

History

Established in 1870, Baileys of Glenrowan is a hidden gem steeped in history and specialises in fine organic red wines and luscious fortifieds - a product of the area’s deep, red granite soils. Since 2011, the Baileys’ winery and vineyards have been certified organic, with winemaking techniques focusing on a minimal intervention ethos.

Winemaking Philosophy

At the heart of our winemaking philosophy is a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. We take pride in working with estate-grown, pristine certified organic fruit, and are fortunate to cultivate old vines that have been producing since 1904 and the 1920s. The legacy of dry-grown vineyards and meticulous care forms the foundation of our winemaking.

We proudly run state-of-the-art facilities that complement our dedication to time-honored practices...
