SUSTAINABLE WINEGROWING AUSTRALIA CERTIFICATION

From the 2025 vintage, all Casella Family Brands wines will carry the Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certification. This milestone reflects our commitment to responsible practices across our wineries, vineyards, and grape supply.

Over 150 growers with a total of 14,401 hectares of vineyard area across 29 GIs are now certified, each undergoing training and independent audits to meet sustainability standards.

HARNESSING SOLAR POWER

Casella Family Brands has invested in one of the largest solar energy systems in the Australian beverage industry- A 5.67MW system with 8,730 panels generating approximately 11.53 GWh of renewable electricity annually.

This solar farm supplies up to 35% of the electricity needs at our Yenda site.

This initiative supports our goal to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030 (from a 2022 baseline) as part of our Net-Zero Emissions Pathway.
